STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — She’s done it again!
For the sixth time since 2004, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue features a number by C-Girl for Carla’s Closet. In the annual showcase of the world’s hottest beach bodies, Brazilian supermodel Cintia Dicker simply sizzles in a C-Girl retro-inspired turquoise and gold bikini.
“I still get so excited when I get that phone call,” says Carla Murino, CEO of Carla’s Closet. “The magazine is sent thousands of samples each year for this special issue. I feel extremely honored each time I find out that they’ve chosen to shoot one of my swimsuits.”
With yet another appearance in the highest-viewed swimsuit issue known to man — and the launch of Murino’s www.carlascloset.com now under way — folks will stop worrying about “a certain woman’s secret” and find themselves gazing inside Carla’s Closet.
The C-Girl for Carla’s Closet line of swimwear and accessories was designed to flatter women of all ages and sizes. Note that swimsuits are sold as separates, allowing the wearer to mix and match styles, sizes, colors and patterns.
What’re more, in addition to the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, C-Girl has been featured in publications such as Shape, Playboy, Stuff, Source, and the Daily News, and on a TV segment for NBC’s Weekend Today. Murino’s swimwear designs also have been used in music videos and commercials, and a print ad for Reebok.
